By accessing or using the Amour application ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use Amour. Users under 13 are prohibited. If you are 13-17, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
• Account Creation: Provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.

2. User Content & Conduct

• Public Visibility: Your name, profile information, and uploaded content (e.g., photos, stories) are visible to other users by default.
• License to Amour: You grant Amour a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the Service.
• Prohibited Content: Do not upload content that:
  • Violates laws or third-party rights
  • Is abusive, discriminatory, or harassing
  • Contains viruses or malicious code

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Third-Party Processors: All payments are handled by app stores (e.g., Apple/Google). We do not store payment details.
• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your content will be removed from public view.
• Backups may persist for 30 days for legal/compliance purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Amour, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of:
  • Amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

6. Disclaimers

• Service "As Is": The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content on third-party sites.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
• Dispute Resolution: Contact us first at hello@kirlosyousef.com to resolve issues informally.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice 30 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.
